Judith’s Vinyasa and dynamic Yoga classes are fluid and rhythmic, energetic and intense, soft and loving, she suggest sequences from less to more, which prepare the body to enter into a deep connection between breathing and movement, between body and mind. We work from feet and hands, legs and arms, to integrate and strengthen the muscular and energetic chains that connect with the center of the body.
During her sessions, Judith offers individual help; she encourages each practitioner to explore her own potential and rediscover strength, flexibility, space and inner balance.
Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word that means to synchronize body movement with breathing. It is a dynamic and active practice, that combines the flow of coordinated movements and breath (isodynamic postures) with the stillness and the physical and energetic alignment (isometric postures). So we can strengthen and relax the body, calm the mind and achieve balance and peace to enter into an harmonic and transformative “here and now”. With a regular practice, we will develop space in the body, integration and connection of all its parts, flexibility, strength, balance, concentration, relaxation … we will improve our posture and finally our health to all levels (spine, respiratory system, nervous, circulatory, digestive, immune …).

Hatha Yoga

It is the classic yoga, and the most widespread in the world. It is based mostly on the practice of asanas (comfortable, stable and firm postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) and its purpose is to purify body and mind to be ready for meditation. Through the body we calm the mind. A healthy body and a calm mind generates harmony and connects us with our inner wisdom, turning the yoga practice into a path of inner exploration and growth.

Yin Yoga

It is a quiet and meditative style that is practiced with our muscles totally relaxed. He hold passive postures for a long time (from 2 to 5-7 minutes), allowing deep stretching of muscles and connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, fascia), as well as increasing the range of motion of the body. This slow and deep practice also allows us to access the subtle energies. By stretching the muscles and fascia, we stimulate the path of chi or vital energy through the different meridians (energy channels) in the body. A kind of yoga to travel deep inside, feel, let go and leave out the class floating.

Ashtanga Yoga

Asthanga means “eight limbs” , wich represents eight key aspects of yoga. In this class we work on the aspects which we can actively develop, such as breathing(Pranayama) and poses (asanas), wich allow us to acess other “limbs” such as meditation (dhyana).


This style of yoga follows a dynamic set sequence wich is structured to detoxify and align the body. Breath and movement are sychronised, This class is ideal for those who wish to master key yoga postures, and it easily allows you to monitor your progress.


This class is suitable for all levels , as poses will be demonstrated in a progressive way wich makes it suitable for complete beginners or those with experience.

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga classes

Prenatal yoga can help you to experience a healthier and happier pregnancy. As the body is changing rapidly, this class is designed to support those changes by offering a safe way to stretch key muscles and to strengthen the body, whilst calming the mind.


Postnatal  Yoga:

Birth initiates a time of huge adjustment for the mother and baby, both physically and psychologically.
For the mother, yoga offers a sanctuary to take time for the self, and to reconnect with who we are, as well as regaining health, strength and balance in the body and mind.For the baby, yoga and massage can provide relief from colic, cramps and teething discomfort, as well as relaxation to aid sleep

This class is suitable for all levels , as poses will be demonstrated in a progressive way wich makes it suitable for complete beginners or those with experience.

Workplace Yoga

Group yoga sessions can be held at your place of work, at a time that suits your employees and the company – either before, during (such as lunchtime) or after work.  The session can be tailored to suit the needs of your employees.
