Yoga retreats are designed to enjoy a relaxing and inspiring week with a lot of time in nature. Some retreats have a focus on meditation and yoga asana practice, some on personal transformation work, some or healthy living and ayurveda and others on surfing and wild nature time.
All retreats are guided by Yoga founder Retreats by Judith Secanell. Some retreats are co-guided by another stellar teacher!
