Yoga TEACHER Trainings

“Teaching is not just about what you know, it’s about how you communicate what you know.”

Judith Secanell

Judith’s Yoga mentorship program is helping teachers build on their strengths while discovering their own unique voices.

Her in-person continuing education workshops (Yacep), 200hr teacher training, as well as 300hr advanced teacher intensive train teachers to be better informed on “the art of yoga sequencing”, the physical mechanics of the body, and how to apply that knowledge to Asana, as well as how to ethically lead group classes that are accessible and sensitive to all.

SUP (stand-up paddleboard) Yoga

30 hrs

SUPYOGA - Yacep course

SUPYOGA combines yoga poses with a variation of stand-up paddleboard surfing. The sport incorporates hatha and vinyasa and also acrobatic acroyoga asanas.

Practicing yoga on a surface that is moving – like the paddleboard – engages the core muscles and strengthens other muscles that wouldn’t otherwise be used in earth-bound practice. SUP yoga also requires intense focus because transitioning between poses requires concentration to keep the board steady.

Upon completion of the program, an examination will be carried out. The Teacher Training SUP Yoga program is certified by Yoga Alliance and World Yoga Alliance India in the category of “Continuous Education” and is worldwide accredited.
